This project consisted of a 400’ long road that needed to be built before the building could even start. The Structural Engineer designed a raft slab knowing that the property was previously used as a fill site. With the excavation completed we installed some Geo Thermal cooling pipes with a 3’ layer of sand. The sand was used so that we could form the shapes needed for the new concrete slab. All the walls are 2×6 constructed and with our large inventory of scaffold it was no problem building these 15’ walls and installing the trusses safely. Our own crews installed the metal cladding and all of the insulation, drywall and interior finishes.
